I loved how professional the staff was and how they made sure I knew what was going on.
We got some good advice on submitting our claim to ensure it would get processed quickly, they were able to get our car in within 3 days of receiving the estimate, and the fairly extensive damage was repaired within a week.
As the victim of an accident, I appreciated not only the service on my car, which was repaired nicely and in a timely manner, but also their help navigating the insurance thing.
