Very helpful and professional
Service was fast and friendly technicians.
They replaced the engine in my 2000 Chevy Tahoe and did a very good job.
With that being said, my family has trusted Velocity with our vehicles for almost as long as the shop has been open!
The total price came in under the estimate due to my brake caliper not needing to be replaced (integrity).
And getting updates from the service manager
Although circumstances didn’t allow for the engine replacement, to get us the 850 miles back to our home, the tech replaced a fouled plug.
