We also saw that there are so few companies willing to do a renovation for under $100K. Matt helped me plan and select the best options and then did the installation in a professional and efficient manner.
He diagnosed and fixed a mysterious leak, replaced the subfloor, installed new flooring, replaced the AC, packed bearings, put on new tires and installed a high quality solar system with 2 panels and a new AGM battery.
