VL took extra care of my '54 F100 while it was in for a tune-up.
I have had a few occasions where my car would take longer than I expected and was given a ride home by someone in the shop each time, something they didn’t have to do but were willing to do.
Very down to earth friendly and excellent quality service on my vw beetle.
Nick and his staff also went out of their way to discuss other options regarding some other issues and showing me the options for those repairs in the future after paying my bill which is saying a lot considering most places would not prefer to go through that much detail off the clock after they received your money.
They quickly got me in for an oil change, noticed a leak and brought me into the shop to show me exactly what was happening.
Best routine maintenance ever, will be returning with our other Subie next month.
The Pre-Dyno Inspection they did turned up a leaking EGR valve that didn't appear with a check engine light or code.
Very pleased with the work and will definitely return.
After some additional diagnosis and a few other things were tried, the VL team was able to diagnose my underlying issue and got me set up for another appointment to rectify.
Very knowledgeable, and always happy to explain the work that they're doing in a clear way that makes it easy to understand at least the basics of what's going on, even if you don't know much about cars.
