We have 2 dogs so we have lots of dog hair, they got it all.
The system was down so they gave me a free wash and made clear all the wash options and packages they ahead.
Can't beat that service for the price nowadays with inflation and the economy spinning out of control.

And at $25 (+ tip) for interior + exterior wash, it’s a bargain - Full detailing runs you well over $100 in Richmond so you really can’t beat this (and to any negative reviews, I really think those folks were expecting a full detail for $25 lol).
I didn’t know the full service doesn’t include the mats for the back seat and the trunk, but they stil cleaned the back seat maps as a courtesy!
Definitely worth the ultimate cleaning, quick easy and efficient.
Would not recommend $25 wash with interior.
A little more professional touch is needed to ensure interior vacuuming is clear.
The base price is so manageable — and if one of the pre made packages doesn’t work for you, you can just have some add-ons of your choosing!!
