Having to deal with the aftermath of a car accident is stressful to say the least but the entire team at Webster were so helpful and responsive to my car needing repairs.
I can not believe it's taken me this long to write a review for Webster Auto Body: I've unfortunately/yet fortunately have had to use their services twice in the last decade for collision body repairs and they are hands down the best shop.
They scheduled the work immediately, helped facilitate the rental pick up, the car was ready when estimated and it was clean inside and out.
I work here in this place and it is a place where crashed or damaged cars are repaired and painted, leaving them like new.
Adam was so helpful when I first brought my car in and figured out how to do the repairs I needed at a lower cost.
My car looked brand new when I got it back and they took care of an additional issue that I didn’t even know about within a days time.
They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for any auto body repairs.
On top of this, I had somehow misplaced my work cell when transferring items to the rental car (which I believe Jerry’s son and Lisa worked out and had delivered to the shop at their low rate).
They finished the repair on time and way under the estimated cost.
They do everything for you - dealing with the insurance and setting you up with a rental car.
