From the moment Kristen (Kristin?) answered the phone with the friendliness generally reserved for grandmothers who bake fresh cookies just because you showed up, to Alex's knowledge and general helpfulness that seems to be the hallmark of epic aircooled VW gurus (he works on other things too, don't worry), we (Pearl [69 VW bus] and I) had one of the best repair experiences we've ever had!
Family run for years alex the owner is a great guyand very knowledgeable.
