West Side Autobody
Yes, as the vehicle owner, you have the right to have collision repairs performed on your vehicle anywhere you would like. Insurance companies cannot make you take your vehicle to a body shop that you do not wish to use. This is your right as a consumer. For example, insurance companies cannot require you to use their "preferred" body shop for your collision repair and auto painting needs - even when that body shop is West Side Auto Body. And while we are often recommended by many insurance companies for our quality collision repair, as the consumer you have the final say in who you will trust with your vehicle repair needs.

Sentiment Analysis
They let me schedule my car to get fixed when the financials weren’t figured out yet just to get me on the schedule and worked with me and Turo for the claim and supplemental charges.
Great people to work with and their workmanship was second to none.
Very quick service without an appointment.
The estimate was much lower (lower overhead here I’m guessing) so I was able to keep my car from being totaled out by the insurance company - which is what I wanted.
They are friendly and helpful and do a great job fixing up our vehicles.
Have been great to work with over many years.
Did a fantastic job repairing my back door after I got backed into.
They took care of the insurance paperwork and all we had to do was come in and pay the deductible and take home our son's truck.
