It’s always easy to write a review when things go according to plan, but what prompted me to finally leave these 5 stars is because how they handled when something went wrong.
Owner Russ explained everything upfront and called after going through the car to explain any changes he found.
I will never again go to any other place, this is the best of the best !!
I am not very familiar with cars but I still prefer to learn and understand what went wrong and how it was fixed - Russ patiently described every step to me with a level of kindness and respect that I have not received at any other auto repair shop or dealership.
