I took my Audi to 3 different repair shops and got widely different answers as to what needed to be done and what it would cost. When I discovered Matt and began a conversation with him, it was immediately apparent that he was more concerned about my car and my needs that just taking my money — and his knowledge of Audis far exceeded that of any of the other mechanics I had spoken to. Upon doing the diagnostic tests — with official Audi equipment I might add — he found several possible problems and conferred with me at length to determine the best and most cost-effective approach to fixing them. They did a great job with the repair and provided a very thorough assessment of the car along with a report which included pictures of any needed repairs so these can be planned for.
Matt was very clear that they do not work on those cars anymore, but has given me the most helpful advice that anyone has given me to try to fix my problem.
The group of guys here properly diagnosed my vehicle the first time on multiple occasions and issued the correct repair after the Audi Dealer struggled to determine the faults.
Big shout out too to Dan who helped communicate to another shop I used to square up some faulty repair and just his friendly attitude and to Matt who helped me with pickup and just entertaining my random questions (I've always been a Toyota person and he helped me feel comfortable with some nuances VW's have).
They had parts supply issues on my VW that were out of their control and they kept me informed and covered all the options that were available.
I would highly recommend for foreign cars!!!
I am quite certain there is no better European Car repair shop in the country.
They're so good that they diagnosed my issue over the phone and confirmed it upon visual inspection in the shop.
They showed us all the parts they replaced and they know their stuff.
My repairs although expensive I guess considering it was for a Q5 and there were a lot of problems.
