Can you deliver my vehicle when the repairs are complete?

We will be more than happy to deliver your vehicle within a 15 mile radius of the current shop. Please let us know in advance if you need it anywhere beyond our 15 mile radius.

What if I can't come in to sign the authorization form?

We'll gladly send it over email, allowing you to electronically sign the necessary paperwork. We will also present you a hard-copy, should you require it.

What is an "Auto Release Form"?

Auto Release Form is the document you sign once you are ready to pick-up your vehicle after the repairs have been complete and payments have been paid in full.

What is an "Authorization Form"?

Authorization Form gives us the necessary permission to start repairs on your vehicle and it allows us to speak to adjustors on your vehicle for any supplemental request.

When do I pay?

Repairs through insurance imply that your insurance will take care of payment so we'll let you know when your vehicle is ready for pick-up. If you're paying out of pocket, payments are made during pick-up.
