When Mercedes-Benz launched its W201 series at the 1982 Paris Auto Show, fans affectionately dubbed it the 'Baby Benz', and even though it's aged over 40 years, the nickname still endures. The car marked Mercedes-Benz's entry into the mid-market segment with a compact and more accessible model. The timeless shape and design were penned by famed designer Bruno Sacco. Its sharp lines were reminiscent of its siblings, giving it a very distinct, Teutonic Mercedes-Benz look. Manufactured in both Bremen and Sindelfingen, Germany, production reached 1,879,629 over its eleven-year model life. This W201 is a true survivor and can be used as both a dependable daily driver, and with all its originality, an entry level collector car. Sale includes all the proper paperwork, original books and manuals, and tool kit. Buy with confidence with a 60-Day EAS Mechanical Warranty!
