Can I have damages not related to the insurance claim repaired while my car is in the shop?
Yes. Please let us know when you reach out what those additional damages are so that we can provide you an estimate to pay directly. We can also provide you with an estimate to do any mechanical work such as brakes, rotors, tires, etc while your vehicle is here.
Can I source my own parts for my repair?
No, as part of our warranty on your repair, we only source parts from our approved vendor list. When parts are delayed, we are in regular communication with these vendors to get delivery as soon as possible.
How can I get a rental car?
Insurance will pay for the rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant in the accident. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage. We are happy to help with this process if you have questions.
