Q: How long does it take to repair my vehicle?

This is different for every repair as it is dependent upon the extent of the damage. The original estimated completion date may change if additional damage is found, or if there are parts that are not immediately available. By the time the vehicle is disassembled and parts are ordered, we can then update you with a more accurate completion date.

Q: What kind parts will be used to repair my vehicle?

Most insurance companies have it written in your policy that they will utilize Aftermarket and Used parts if they are available, and if they are of like & kind condition to the parts coming off of your vehicle. At Precision Auto Body, we fight as hard as we can to get you OEM parts by doing a variety of thorough comparisons and inspections. Sometimes, we need your help with that fight. We wholeheartedly believe in the quality of OEM parts and do not recommend or endorse the use of aftermarket/used parts.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our lifetime warranty covers our workmanship and our paint for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts used during the repairs are covered under the manufacturer warranty. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner should you sell your vehicle.
