Can you come to my work or home?

We can come to all homes and many work locations in the Louisville and surrounding area. For work locations, we require enough space surrounding the car to be able to safely perform the detail without interfering with other cars. Please contact us if you have a specific location in mind you would like to inquire about.

Do you have a guaruntee?

Yes! All of our premium details come with a 5-day spot check guarantee. If you're not happy with the service or we missed a spot, we will happily come back and make it right.

Why are ceramic coatings and paint correction so expensive?

Ceramic coating and paint correction involve meticulous processes that demand specialized expertise, top-quality materials, and time-intensive labor. Do I need to empty my vehicle before it gets detailed?

Yes. Simply remove any personal belongings from your car and we'll take care of the rest. If any personal items are left in the vehicle, we will either work around them or place them in a sealed bag and leave them in the trunk or underneath the driver's seat. However, Thompson's Mobile Detail is not liable for ANY personal items that are left in the vehicle.

When do I pay?

Payment can be made in person or over the phone after your detail is completed. We accept all major credit cards or cash. We do require a deposit to lock in your detail date.
