No. Side and rear glass is tempered, and once it breaks the whole pane is gone, so replacement is the only option. Repair is for laminated glass, which on most cars means the windshield. A few quieter models use laminated side glass, and the shop can tell from your VIN which one you have.
It falls to the bottom of the door and sits on the window regulator. A proper job takes the door panel off, vacuums the cavity, checks the regulator and the weather seal, then fits the new pane. Fragments left behind scrape the new glass on the way up and grind in the track for months afterwards.

Aftermarket glass runs from very good to slightly distorted near the edges, and you notice that most in a door window you look through at an angle.
