Is Smart Service an authorized Subaru, Honda or Toyota dealer?
No. Smart Service is not an authorized Subaru, Honda or Toyota dealer and is in no way affiliated with Subaru of America, Fuji Heavy Industries, Toyota Motor Sales or American Honda Motor Co.. Work performed at Smart Service is not endorsed nor warranted by Subaru of America, Fuji Heavy Industries, Toyota Motor Sales or American Honda Motor Co., however maintenance work (like 30k, 60k services etc) WILL NOT void factory warranties.
Do I have to go to the dealer when my car is under warranty?
Absolutely not. They may lead you to believe that during the new car delivery but in essence, any item you would have to pay for at the dealer, you can have done outside of the dealer. From oil changes to 60k services, we do it all while using parts and procedures that keep your factory warranty intact.
Does Smart Service perform Warranty or Recall work?
No. Factory warranty repairs as well as factory recalls must be done at a dealer. The good news is that they will be performed for free. We can perform extended warranty work for those that purchased extended warranties. Regular maintenance is not considered a warranty repair and anything we do from oil changes to major services will keep your factory warranty valid.
Do you sell Subaru parts?
Yes we do. We have an online Subaru parts store at www.smartqualityparts.com. If you prefer you can also purchase parts over the counter at either store.
What do I do?
With many Subarus that have factory installed alarm systems this may be a normal response. When the vehicle has the battery disconnected it resets the alarm control unit to prompt you to reprogram it. Consult your owners manual on your particular system to reset the system. (or call us!)
