Should I contact the insurance company if the accident is my fault or not?
Yes. It is always wise to contact your insurance company no matter who is at fault. They are there to help you and advise you as to the right course of action whatever the situation.
Should I let them tow my vehicle from the accident scene?
Yes. But try to arrange a verbal release of the vehicle the next day. That way you will not have to physically go to the towing company location to make arrangements to have your vehicle delivered to us.
If I get in an accident, can I get a rental car right away?
If your vehicle is driveable and street legal, most insurance companies request that you drive the vehicle until we notify you that the parts for your car have arrived and we schedule a time for your vehicle to be repaired.
After my vehicle is repaired am I responsible for the bill?
Yes. You are responsible for your original insurance check and deductible if it applies. Supplements are normally prearranged to be paid directly to our shop with directive of pay.
