Here is a picture of the two very important parts of a water heater. Their water heater WAS NOT working with only 2 years of service in Florida, they should last 7 to 10 years if serviced regularly. We ended up having to replace the entire water heater. These $50 parts if serviced regularly would have prevented a $1200 repair.
