Having existed since 2017, Randy's S.M.A.R. T RV is a reputable business. Our competent and knowledgeable team now has more than 12 years of practical expertise. We offer individualized mobile RV repair service solutions and adhere to industry best practices!
Why choose a mobile service over a dealership or service center?
There are numerous advantages to hiring mobile RV service. The first benefit is the convenience of having a master certified & insured technician show up on-site, whether your RV is in your home, at a campground, or in storage. A service center requires you to drop off your RV for repairs or maintenance and then take additional time to pick it up. Where your RV will wait on frequently unattended lots while problems are diagnosed, parts are ordered, and repairs are made.
Can you install or repair the parts that we supply?
Simple response: No. We do not use parts supplied by the customer due to liability and warranty reasons. We can surely talk if you had an attachment that you had bought and needed installation, though. We use premium aftermarket components and materials.
Can customers assist you in fixing their RV?
We welcome clients to watch our mobile repair specialists at work, but we ask that you respect their need for privacy. Customers are not permitted to assist our technicians during repairs or services due to liability concerns.
Can you give a price estimate?
Yes, without a doubt. For our clients, to make an informed choice, they must first have access to all the information. We operate in a transparent manner as a result, and we are happy to provide our clients with free quotations on any services they may find interesting.
