How does your free shipping work?
Most of our products (excludes leaf and coil springs) will qualify for our Free Shipping Program with orders over $75. This makes your shopping experience easier and saves you money.
How does your Flat Rate Freight work?
Our Flat Rate Freight is a flat shipping cost that is intended to save you money when shipping multiple heavy items, especially multiple quantities of leaf springs. These shipments will be delivered via freight carriers and will require you to be able to unload a pallet from a truck or unload items from a pallet. Flat Rate Fright applies to the lower 48 states.
What is your return policy?
We have a 90 day hassle free return policy on all products except for U-bolts. We do not accept returns on U-bolts. All products must be returned in unused, original condition and include all parts in order to qualify for a complete refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for products returned after 90 days. If you need to return a product, please contact us in advance for a RMA number.
How do you ship leaf springs?
Our leaf springs ship either FedEx/UPS Ground or via freight (for springs that exceed ground weight limits or are cost prohibitive). Springs sent ground ship without a box and a label securely attached to the leaf spring. They ship individually due to their size and weight. Springs shipped via freight ship on a pallet.
Can I pick up springs at the Flint shop?
Unfortunately we do not have the capacity at our Flint shop to warehouse enough product to meet the demands of our website. For this reason, all springs purchased through the website have to be shipped.
