Catalytic converter thefts are such a problem these days. It takes the criminals only a few minutes to steal but can cost you thousands of dollars to repair, whether it's out of pocket or the insurance pays. Please be careful where you park and if you can look into a good muffler shop that can install a cage for you. Also call your insurance company and look into adding comprehensive coverage which will cover these types of losses. Adding comprehensive only rather than the full coverage is usually less expensive, but can possibly save you thousands when things like this happen. Stay safe everyone. Happy labor day weekend.
