We were very honored this past week to work with Liberty Aviation Museum and Goodyear to help restore a piece of history. This 1947 Flxible Bus served as a mobile mooring mast for the original Goodyear blimp, and is the only remaining of its kind out of the three originally produced in Loudinville OH. In 2014 Liberty Aviation Museum enlisted the help of John Lingafelter to restore the vehicle and it is now on display at the Port Clinton Museum for all of our enjoyment. After the installation of a new set of tires and wheels by our Smiley Tire mobile technician this bus doesn’t show its age and has never looked better !
