What happens to my car after you buy it?

We salvage every vehicle we purchase. The process consists of draining all of the fluids, removing all electrical components, and refurbishing any still serviceable parts. Once everything is removed from the vehicle, the remainder is crushed for scrap metal.

How fast can you really pick up my car?

More often than not, we can have your vehicle picked up with payment in hand within 24 hours. We also are able to make specific appointment times if necessary. If the wait will be longer than a day, we will do our best to inform you.

Do you pick up abandoned vehicles?

We do, however we recommend you call your local police station for special instructions on the proper paperwork needed for abandoned vehicles left on your property. All this information and paperwork will need to be done before we can dispatch a tow truck. Once again, if there are any questions regarding this issue we can be reached by email or phone.

What if I don't have my keys?

Having your keys makes removing the vehicle easier. That being said, if your vehicle is going to be recycled then there is no problem if keys are unavailable.

How does it work?

You tell us about your vehicle and location, we provide a quote and schedule pickup, cash is provided by the tow truck driver after the vehicle is inspected, and paperwork is completed. We tow your vehicle to our facility for repair or recycling.
