Is there a waiting area at Hillside Imports, or do I need to drop off my vehicle for service?

To ensure efficient service, all vehicles need to be dropped off, as we do not have a waiting area. We provide a convenient drop box for after-hours drop-offs, allowing you to leave your vehicle securely outside our regular business hours. The drop box is located to the right of the lower office door. Please fill out an envelope provided with your contact information and park your vehicle in one of the Employee Parking spots. If using our drop box during business hours please text to let us know you have left your vehicle.

What should I do if I encounter an issue with my Audi or VW after the service?
