Well, it's been awhile since I have posted any updates on the 2003 Cobra Mustang. This project gets worked on between other jobs at this point due to the amount of issues we found. Today I found another one and I now believe to be the cause of the locked up rotating assembly. My opinion is that the previous shop dropped/bolted the crank back down and had the rod end cap underneath. The new rod bearing will not sit down into the rod end at all, as you can see in the pic. This tells me that the rod ends are bent.
