We had a customer come in complaining of a terrible vibration. We found that the intermediate shaft angles were so far off because they installed the wrong springs on the rear drive axle. While replacing the springs we also found the axle seats were on backwards/ not sitting right due to someone patching the housing and not welding centering pins at the right spot. We also noticed the torque rods were sitting at an odd angle. The weldments on both of the drive axle housings and the torque rods ended up being completely wrong. After all the repairs the vibration was resolved! nnFeeling any of those annoying vibrations, shakes, or wobbles?! Contact us Monday-Friday 6:30-4:30 and ask for Carson!
