What is fuel injection?

Modern cars are much more reliable and efficient than older vehicles due to computer controlled fuel injection. Computer controlled fuel injection systems though more efficient, can sometimes be more complicated to diagnose. We have all of the tools and experience to help you!

When should I have my annual north carolina state required inspection?

North Carolina requires that an automobile must pass an annual safety and emissions inspection or safety only inspection, depending on the county in which the vehicle is registered, before the vehicle property taxes are paid and registration renewed. Inspections must be passed within 60 days of the registration renewal.

How does a Transmission work?

Transmissions convert the rotational force the engine creates in to torque which propels the vehicle forward, and sometimes backward :-) The transmission is the middle man between the engine and the wheels. Most transmissions in modern vehicles are computer controlled.
