The "pre-soak" was actually just water used to cool down the surface of your car to prevent damage from the harsh chemicals being used. We've replaced the harsh chemicals with an introductory conditioner that helps the wash process along, eliminating the need for a spray down before entering the tunnel. This is a much better solution that is gentle on your car's paint job and safer for our employees and the environment!

Unfortunately, our vendor is having a supply chain problem, and we are unable to purchase the number of wipes or receive them as quickly as we used to. We're sorry that the free Mr. Magic wipes are no longer available with each wash. However, we're happy to give them to anyone who needs one! We make a concentrated effort to clean the vehicle entirely. However, some substances may not be entirely removed through our process. These include road tar, grease, tree sap, egg, and paint. Some of these substances may be removed if brought through the wash immediately after being applied to your vehicle.
