What payments options do you accept?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production within the next business day after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Most wheels come with 1 year warranty on the finish, and lifetime structural warranty against any manufacturers defects. Tire warranties depend on the manufacturer and model of the tire. Please see the manufacturers website for complete warranty information.

What is your return & refund policy?

As long as the wheels or tires have not been used or mounted, you have 14 Days to return your product for a refund or exchange. There is a 25% restocking fee on most brands. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us. The wheels MUST be in BRAND NEW RESELLABLE CONDITION and MUST be in ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING. You will responsible for the return shipping, and the initial shipping charges incurred are non refundable. Custom built and Machined wheels are non returnable and cannot be exchanged.

How soon will I get my order?

Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged. Most Items ship out of Florida so delivery can be expected within 10 business days.
