Are chip repairs guaranteed?

A rock chip repair is an attempt to save an already broken piece of glass. Unfortunately, we are unable to 100% guarantee that a damaged window will not incur further damage due to the conditions. Your technician will be able to provide more information about your repair.

Is there a warranty on your glass?

We warranty the installation of your glass. Our glass is warrantied against any factory defects. We are unable to warranty glass that is damaged from road conditions, debris, and daily use.

How much will my replacement cost?

We will need the Year, Make, Model, description of the damaged part, and preferably the 17 digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from your vehicle to be certain that we accurately match and quote your glass. We do our best to offer competitive pricing, and always aim to provide our customers with the best service and value for your money . Our prices are all inclusive (parts, labor, cleanup, disposal, mobile service, and taxes included).

What kind of glass and materials do you use?

We use only the highest quality industry standard Glass for all our jobs. Our glass is guaranteed to meet or exceed factory and Department of Transportation (DOT) specifications. We also use the highest quality materials, solvents, adhesives, and tools to deliver quality work to our customers.
