If in the case that your vehicle is still under warranty, after the repair process the HV battery warranty will be covered in-house by EV's Republic. All other warranty items will continue to be covered with your original Tesla warranty. We also offer in-house comprehensive Tesla warranty that includes HV battery and drive unit.

With HV battery repair you can expect to return the original range prior to failure, for example prior to HV battery failure the vehicle had 75% capacity, once repairs are performed you will continue to keep the same capacity of 75%. In the case of replacement, your range will depend on the kW that you select. All of our HV battery inventory is tested to ensure that you have 80% or greater capacity. In all replacement cases your HV battery range will either match or increase from the original range you had prior to failure. In the case of HV battery upgrade you will increase your range to the selected kW upgrade.
