Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes! As an experienced auto body shop, Paint Creations Inc works with any insurance company on your behalf to ensure you have a great experience with as little inconvenience as possible.
Do I have to take my vehicle to where my insurance company wants me to?
No. By law, you have the right to choose your own auto body shop where you would like the repairs done. According to IBIS World, there are 107,857 auto body businesses in the United States as of 2023, an increase of 1.6% from 2022. Afterward, your insurance company will work with them.
Do you have a warranty on the repairs done on my vehicle?
Our customers and their vehicles are always a top priority. As certified Lexus autobody experts, we stand behind our work. All of our work has a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. We have estimators available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. When you visit our auto body shop, they'll look at your vehicle and get you a written estimate. Just stop by and see us, and we can get this started for you!
How long after my car is painted can I wash and wax it?
In our experience, we recommend hand washing the car after a week and waiting 60 days before using a car wash. Our Lexus autobody experts also agree that it's best not to wax the freshly painted panels for 90 days after the repair.
