Do you provide written estimates?
There is an estimator on staff during business hours to give written estimates for insurance claims as well as customer-paid repairs. You can choose to wait for the estimate to be completed or we can email you a copy of the estimate as well.
Can Auto Body Specialists Inc match my paint color exactly?
While there are thousands of variations of colors for different manufacturers, along with other variables, our paint shop is equipped to match colors very closely while also blending into unrepaired panels to make a seamless finish.
What happens if there is additional damage once repairs are started?
With an insurance claim, our estimators will send a revised estimate, called a supplement, to the insurance company for review and approval. Once the supplement is approved, we can move forward with the repairs, and order any additional parts. If a customer pay, our estimator will contact the customer to go over any additional damage and pricing to repair, from there it is the customer's decision on how to proceed.
What is my deductible and when do I pay it?
Your deductible is set by your insurance company and gets paid to Auto Body Specialists Inc at the conclusion of your repairs. If you have any questions regarding your deductible, contact your insurance agent or the adjuster for your claim.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, insurance checks, and personal checks. However, any charges over $1000.00 on credit/debit cards will result in a 3% convenience fee.
