Per CDC and mass.gov business guidelines we have implemented the following: • Our waiting room is limited to TWO (2) customers at any time for service. Our sales department is limited as well to ONE (1) customer at a time. • We ask for folks to keep 6 feet from each when possible. • Per state guidance, masks ARE REQUIRED to enter our building. Don’t have one? No problem! We have disposable ones and will be glad to provide one for free. • We have paused offering amenities that are not single serving (Keurig coffee, creamer, water cooler and candies). We do have individual crackers/cookies and bottled water. • Our staff is sterilizing our wait area multiple times a day (to include bathroom, door handles, service desk, waiting room furniture). Magazines are temporarily not available – but we are happy to put on the TV and our Wi Fi is free • Our shop is using an anti-viral fog machine on every vehicle BEFORE we get in your car and AFTER we finish. We do recommend removing any personal belongings, specifically food products. We also use this antiviral fog inside our showroom, bathrooms and workspace. • In addition to our unisex bathroom, we have placed hand sanitizers in our showroom.
