What exactly IS a Mercedes A or B service and how is it different from just an oil change? Mercedes wants to ensure a certain level of quality for their vehicles and service, so an A service basically means the technician spends an hour with the car including the actual oil change itself. B service is two hours with the car plus a cabin filter/engine air filter.
