However, I noticed they really take their time with each customer to make sure they are completely informed, aware of their options, and heard especially in regards to their concerns

We've been going to them for years now, and just recently they really came through for us when we needed some emergency repairs, finding ways to squeeze us in, and were so kind about it.
They swapped the engine while another shop tried to shortcut repair and ruined the engine.
I got my appointment date mixed up and arrived a week early - they were very kind about it and still found the time to do the work, which I very much appreciated.
Came here for a second opinion on a costly repair, they said I didn’t need it and didn’t charge me to look at it.
You never need to worry about getting overcharged for anything, and you will always be welcomed and treated with respect.
Will definitely take my car here in the future for any repairs or maintenance.
I took my car to Flannery’s before and had a terrible experience with them.
