Affordable, clean, equipment never broken down, plenty of room, fantastic power on the vacuums and a responsive and responsible owner that genuinely cares about the customers experience!
A lot of automated car washes leave like 5 inches in the center of the rear of the car dirty, this one does not.
Always leaves car spotless and provides clean vacuum hoses!

Was able to reach someone by calling and appreciate the time to address my concern.
After I returned and read the signs and followed the instructions it was as easy and provided a better clean then the old Carmel in Roanoke that recently got sold.
