They are extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about BM Ws and helped resolve a P/S issue with my vehicle and provided helpful information which other shops neglected to mention.
I eventually took the car to B&B Autohaus to see if they could figure out the problem, within just a couple of minutes Daniel identified that two vacuum lines were accidentally swapped (presumably by BMW of El Cajon) and fixed it for me on the spot free of charge.

I have left every interaction with B and B Autohaus totally satisfied- they work quickly, communicate well while work is in progress, and even check in after completion to see how everything is going.
