I never write reviews but this place is a treasure. Jay, Glen and the rest of the staff are professional, honest and deliver the best service for BMW vehicles in Miami. I have a 2008 328xi and have been going to them for years and they have taken excellent care of my car. They are upfront with the pricing, explain car issues in a way that a layperson could understand, and always solve whatever issues I've had in a timely manner. Also, Glen is an artist with respect to body work. He has the ability to think outside the box and has made my car look brand-new. I simply will not go anywhere else as long as this place exists.
