These folks fully understand the customer centric business model and I've given that compliment only 3 or 4 times. ... ever. .. in 57 years. Being a techie, I really like the way they have automated EVERYTHING. You get emails when your maintenance is complete with all the details and recommendations and an online opportunity to get a quote on them as well as make appointments for service.

Hands down the best BMW or MINI COOPER service shop in town, reasonable and very professional, still the best.
My daughter's 2013 BMW X1 is of an age that preventative maintenance is a must, as she plans to keep the car for a while.

Upon arrival to pickup my car, I was informed that they ordered the part and repaired my damaged seat control for me free of charge to show their appreciation for being a new customer.
They kept me posted on everything,from what was needed to be replace and also things to be aware of in the future.
