My van had a flat tire and I pulled into the car wash (next store). I was stranded with no idea how to get my spare off, no tools, and no one to help me. I went to Bob's and asked for help. They were very courteous and offered to help me. Josh changed my tire in the cold and it was not an easy task. I really appreciate you guys helping me out while I was stranded. It really means a lot to me! !
