Tom and his mechanic took the steps to diagnose an unusual issue and fix it.
I called on Monday and at first I thought he was kinda rude on the phone idk if it’s because I’m a female and he just didn’t think I or anyone who original diagnosed my car knew what they were talking about (but I just realized he was a smartalec and it reminds me of my dad lol) He told me to bring it in thursday but it might not get done until Friday.
