At the dealership, there wasn't much explanation into the diagnosis but Brian was great at explaining that he would look into the report and see if the replacement of my electrical steering rack was necessary or it is was another issue.
They diagnosed it and fixed it and I feel very confident I was taken care of fairly and my car runs great.
