Richard was awesome and even able fit me in last minute that same day for the Inspection! He helped me check the value for the car and determine a fair price to ask the dealer to accommodate due to some needed repairs. Being a fan of Toyotas, I really trust their expertise in this type of car at certified automotive. I'm thankful for this small business and their friendly service every time.
