I am sure I am not the easiest person to work with as I know my communication skills are not great. However, Jason was VERY nice and extremely helpful. We needed a diagnostic test ran on our car and when we talked to the dealership we were under the impression that we could choose someone to work on our car as long as they were ASE certified. Unfortunately that was not the case. We are sad that they can't work on it. As far as the diagnostic text goes, they told us it would be done by 11 that day however it was done Sooner. They are quick effective and nice I would recommend the shop to anyone. Thanks for all your help Jason!
