I have brought past, present and prob future cars to the Corby's team! ! They are simply amazing. Amy is the one who greets, contacts and welcomes everyone. Couldn't have a better person to do this. From the first contact you know you will be taken care of. I have had several accidents :(but my cars are repaired efficiently and more importantly perfectly every time ! !! Customer service is their business. No matter what -they fix your car to your exact specifications and if not, they graciously take it back until you are a happy customer. I had the opportunity to visit my vehicle for work to repair they asked me if I had another vehicle I said no they were soon kind and they lend me one of their loaner until I was able to get a car.
Each time they are professional and go above and beyond for me.
The paint matched perfectly; the shop kept us informed of progress and changes along the way; they went the extra mile and fixed a dent in the bumper cover that was not part of the original repair.
They really went the extra mile not only on repairing my elderly mom's car damage, but making sure she was comfortable with every step of the process, making extra calls to update and even getting the repairs done many days early to avoid extra cost for the rental car.
When I had a recent fender bender in a parking lot, there was no doubt I would be using Corby's again for the repair of my Subaru Accent Corby's is a quality operation with a great staff and amazing service.
He kept me updated when additional damage was found, status of ordered parts, etc.
This is a family run business and it was obvious they take pride in their reputation and perform very professional repair and customer service.
