I brought my car in to Creonte Tire because I had some suspension work done, but my regular shop does not do wheel alignments. They stuck to the appointment time and were spot on with their estimated work time. Staff were very friendly and professional. After I left, there was a huge improvement, but it still felt like the alignment wasn't quite centered. I drove the car a bit more to make sure it wasn't in my head and called them back about a week later. They didn't skip a beat and arranged a time for me to come back. I returned and got the same mechanic I had before, Abraham. Instead of making me feel like some chick that doesn't know anything about cars, he had their machine recalibrated and turns out it was slightly off.
