Susan and Tom run a great business. I have been taking all my vehicles to them since they opened years ago. As many of the other reviewers have stated they are honest and give you the straight scoop. I have imports and domestic, gas and diesel. If they cannot do something, they will advise me as to where to get the proper service. Since they do all work, they have a very complete history on my vehicles and know my vehicles as well as I do.

Had a rattling issue with my Honda's suspension that I couldn't get a clear answer from other places.
I have also used them for general tune up and they are very honest about telling me when I DON'T need to get something done that I was asking for.
My AC condenser broke, and I called my dealership which is GMC, the service tech told me they were so booked up they would not be able to get me in for two weeks!

When I arrived Tom showed my a odd metal piece he found in my tank and said 'no charge, it was an easy fix' I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said 'Dont worry about it, you drive an old mercedes, you will be back" He is right, and I agree - Tom, you earned a customer for life.
I have taken my personal car and work vehicles into Desertmotive and have been beyond impressed every time!
They got me in and out with an oil change when every other place was booked for a week.
