Originally took my ML350 to the Dealership and was quoted nearly 8000$ for the repairs on my transfer case, new shocks and a tune up , Took it to Elite and Ferd took on the job at a quarter of the overall cost , ordered the parts had them shipped and ready to install in a couple days and kept us informed the entire time, , they provide a service that cannot be beat , and they have absolutely earned all of their 5 star reviews, this is a great mechanic who goes above and beyond and has gained another loyal customer with me .
